Masters Mornings

Do you need to train during the day?
Need to improve your strokes?
Are you a triathlete or a masters swimmer?
Then here is the right swimming practice for you, with Certified Coach Mette Novais who is a former Danish National Team swimmer with more than 20 years of coaching experience and is currently the Head Coach for the Oakville Masters Swim Club.
The Oakville Masters Morning programme provides personalized intensive coaching for both fitness swimmers and triathletes.  Membership is capped to ensure that the swimmers receive personalized instruction.
Focusing on strokes, technique, endurance, pacing, sighting, strength and swimming efficiency.  Total distance will be between 1000- 3000 meters
